Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh is recovering from the surgeryperformed yesterday at the AIIMS. Doctors in fact mentioned thatHon'ble Prime Minister is recovering quickly, and faster thananticipated.Speaking from his bed, the Prime Minister said the following to theteam of doctors and other staff attending on him:"I chose AIIMS because I have confidence in your abilities, and toencourage the public to have confidence in AIIMS. I hope the ordinarycitizen will receive the same quality of care as you have given me. Iam most grateful to all of you for what you have done for me. Thankyou all very much."
